Teletherapy, or online speech and language therapy, provides the same high-quality, evidence-based support as traditional face-to-face sessions — with the added flexibility and convenience of accessing therapy from the comfort of your own home.

Most people opt for weekly, fortnightly or even monthly sessions. You can reserve your slot for as long as you need it, or you can book a block of sessions followed by a break for home practice.

We begin by talking through your concerns and taking an in depth case history. The case history will be complete with a parent if the appointment is for a child. This is followed by an assessment.
The amount of time required will depend on the type of assessment and your therapist will advise you on this ahead of the appointment.
After the assessment, your therapist will provide feedback and make suggestions for the next steps.

If attending for an online appointment, choose a quiet, distraction-free space with good lighting and stable internet connection. We suggest using a laptop or tablet for the video call.
Have any previous reports or relevant documentation available for the call.
If the appointment is for a child, we recommend letting them know they will be meeting a new person who will talk with them, look at pictures and play fun games together!
All of our sessions are child-friendly and we aim to make the child as comfortable as possible.

Prices vary depending on the type of assessment and/or therapy required.
We offer a free phone consultation first where you can discuss your concerns and the therapist will advise you regarding which service you would benefit from along with information about fees.

Yes, you can typically claim a percentage of the fee back if you have private health insurance. Please check with your health insurer to see what you are covered for.
We will issue you with receipts on request which you can then submit to your health insurer.Additionally, you may be entitled to claim tax back on your therapy sessions.

if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the fee
A deposit of 50% of the total fee will be made when booking an initial assessment.
